Free delivery

We are happy to offer free delivery on all orders of $250 or more for the following provinces: Quebec, Ontario, New Brunswick, Manitoba, Saskatchewan and Alberta. For British Columbia, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island and the territories, the minimum order amount to qualify for free shipping is $500.

Transport policy

Delivery charges apply to all orders. Orders received before 12:00 p.m. are generally dispatched the same day, subject to stock availability. Orders received after this time are generally shipped the next business day. In the event that one or more of the products are not available, we will contact you to inform you of the expected delivery time.

Returns policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery with a restocking fee of 20% (of the returned item) and all associated shipping costs. If the productive is defective all fees are waived.

Bike Shipping

For the moment, we only offer bicycle delivery in the Montreal region. We plan to extend this offer to other major Canadian cities in the near future. Although the bike shipping option may appear to you during checkout, only the areas shown on the map below are served.
